Membership in Cartoonists Northwest is open to anyone interested in cartooning or animation. One year membership is $30 ($40 outside of US). Members receive Penstuff, a monthly newsletter covering club activities and cartoon news. Members are also invited to post a link in our gallery section advertising their work. Members are also welcome to publish their work in Penstuff.
